Can I change or cancel my order once it is submitted?

Yes we will endeavour to cancel or change your order for you, providing that it has not
been dispatched from our warehouse.
Unfortunately once dispatch takes place, we cannot cancel or change your order.
Please contact our administration office immediately to ensure corrective action is taken.
Business hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm on 03 9357 8799.
Please do NOT EMAIL us with your request to cancel or change your current order.

How do I go about getting a Tax Invoice?

A tax invoice will be included with your order, on delivery.
Should you require an additional copy of your tax invoice, then please telephone us on 03 9357 8799, we would be happy to send you a replacement tax invoice.

Can I order from you, if I am under 18 years of age?

We can only accept orders from adults aged from 18 years of age and over.
When you purchase items from our website, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions of purchase.

Subject Line should state: INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT ENQUIRY, for a fast response.
All International transactions are processed in Australian Dollars ONLY, our preferred methods of payment:-
Visa credit card, Direct Bank Deposits.
Yes we can arrange freighting services for you @ competitive prices, door to door secure.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered, within Australia?

If you reside in the Melbourne Metropolitan area you can expect to receive your order within 1 – 7 working days of receipt (depending on quantity and availability).
However if you live outside this area it will usually take 7 – 10 working days of receipt (depending on quantity and availability).

What if I’m not at home when you deliver my order?

All our parcels are insured and require a signature on delivery.
Should you not be in attendance at the time of delivery, our courier service will leave you a card with direct contact details.
Please telephone the courier service as soon as possible, to arrange a convenient return delivery time, or pick up at the nearest outlet.

I have completed my order, but I can’t checkout. HELP.

This is not a common occurrence; however if it was to happen please check the following:
a. Is your Internet connection working correctly?
b. If an error message occurs please check that all information is filled out correctly

Do you accept a range of non-credit card payments?
a. BPAY
b. Direct Bank Deposit.

Why was my Credit Card declined?

Your credit card may have been declined due to the following reasons.
a. Insufficient cleared funds.
b. Your card has expired.
c. You may have entered your account details incorrectly, please enter your credit card number again without spaces.
d. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DINERS CLUB CREDIT CARDS.
Credit card charges.
An additional 3% surcharge applies on all transactions processed. For further details please contact your personal branch.

What happens with returns and refunds?
